This was my first visit to Santa Fe, NM and originally I had booked a stay at another resort. That place didn't meet my needs. I stayed at 'said' resort for less than 12hrs before I quickly checked out. I went online and found that the Four Seasons had what I was looking for. They have shuttles that can take you into the historic Santa Fe Plaza all day, they have daily guided hikes and different events happening daily. They also have a five star spa on location! I had three treatments while I was there and highly recommend. The resort itself was Quiet, friendly, and well lit rooms. The staff was so accommodating, specially the front desk. Even though check in wasn't until 4pm, they made arrangements for me to check in WAY earlier so that I could get settled. I was there for 6 days and I will absolutely be back soon!

The Amaya restaurant was really good; as was the happy hour drinks and food! We ate there 4 times for Breakfast and Supper. The atmosphere in bar/dining area was very relaxed and low key. We enjoyed the ambience and music after busy day!
The British cab and bus shuttle, as well as the drivers, were wonderful additions to getting to places nearby! We needed some medicine and the driver got my husband to drug store and went in with him to help find what he needed.

Very bad experience. Dirty rooms, mold in the shower, misleading advertisements! Way overpriced for what we were given and had to clear up erroneous charges to our credit card. Do not recommend.
