The location was ideal. It's not far from the highway and very close to restaurants, a grocery store and pharmacy. Check in was efficient and the staff was very pleasant and professional. The room was exceptionally clean and spacious.

    We choose Radford to stay as it was a convenient place to...

    We choose Radford to stay as it was a convenient place to stay , on our trip, enroute Woodbridge Virginia for family reunion. My goal was to drive approximately 15 hours, first day of travel. Radford met that goal. Radford was impressive. Had a lot to offer those persons passing through. We arrived 9:30 pm. Slept. 9:30a next morning we stopped at McDonald's for breakfast, gas at Kroger and departed by 20am.

    I did not like that they were giving out keys to people...

    I did not like that they were giving out keys to people without checking identification. A man next to me said he can’t get in his room. The front desk guy asked his room number and he gave it to him. The room was not his. He kept walking past our room and when we asked him he said the room key they gave him was a different room. Besides being unsafe the place is a health hazard. They fold the pillows in half and put them in the case. When we unfolded it we found blood stains on the pillow. Management has yet to call me or give a refund. Front desk staff was the only ones who seemed apologetic. New managers Mike and his general manager wife has yet to address this issue.

    Property owners need to stress and ensure the rooms are clean...really clean...that's what most travelers expect and want...this property/our room was not clean...not good value for the money...

    We were visiting bc our son was at Boys State at RU.

    We were visiting bc our son was at Boys State at RU. So it was just over night. A beautiful town, easy to access and find everything. The hotel Quality Inn, was beautiful, old and quaint with a few upkeep issues. RU is a beautiful school.

    Radford is a quaint, historical town which seems to have...

    Radford is a quaint, historical town which seems to have suffered from the imposed COVID lockdown. Lots of empty storefronts. Hopefully, things will turn around when COVID restrictions are ended. Restaurant selections in town are limited to family fare.

    Do not have a lot more input for this as we came here to move our son into college. We saw some restaurants and a Walmart, which were nice. Didn’t do any sightseeing or activities but I’m sure you could find things to do.
