The scenery was spectacular and the area has really made the outdoor hiking accessible for everyone. People were friendly and there was a lot to explore.
We particularly enjoyed coffee at Rugged Grounds, lunch at Guru's Cafe and dinner at La Jolla Groves Restaurant and that whole shopping area around La Jolla, beautifully decorated for Christmas.
If we had more time, we would have explored more in Salt Lake City and Zion National Park in the South.

Person that check me in say she was going to upgrade my room. That was great but later I was charged $53.63 as a miscellaneous charge which we did not use anything extra during our stay. This is a reap off I won't stay in this hotel again.

We spent most of our time in Springville and it was beautiful. We visited a couple parks and they were clean and safe. Springville and the surrounding area left us with a small town feel. Neighbors are friendly and look out for one another. We avoided the tourist traps and just enjoyed our time. I plan to move to Wyoming or Idaho, but I have to admit that I am tempted to look closer at Utah based on this trip.

My stay at the Days inn in Provo on Aug 27/29 was my worst experience I have had since booking with Booking.com. Didn’t get the room booked and front desk didn’t care they dead they could only go by that they had on computer every when I showed my confirmation e-Mail. Booking.com show breakfast included but no breakfast. Facilities where not keep up and looked like it was in a abandoned office track. The room we stayed in lock on inside of door was broken and there was a definite path on bathroom door like it was broken in too. We will remember this stay for future bookings and will bypass all Days Inn and have to think twice about anything by Wyndham. I will send this to the main office all so and Booking.com.

I travel often to many states as a youtuber and video blogger. I collect items that can be repurposed and reused in crafts or other projects. I found Provo to be a beautiful and dynamic city with a small town feel. Near by Orem is a city within a city featuring many community green spaces and an abundance of fun and interesting shopping.

We were put in a bad corner room of the hotel when there were better rooms available. The overweight clerk was not too friendly. Maybe she did not like a mixed couple. She also spoke bad to others customers of a Indisch restaurant that is next door to this hotel. She said the food is pnly spicy. We went there too eat and we were able to choose…mild or spicy. This overweight vlerk at the hotel has some issues.
The breakfast was self service and started early (which was good) with granola, yoghurt and orange juice. Waffles and burgers were available. The bed and showers were good standard. We particularly liked the fact that it had a good restaurant attached to the hotel called Ruby River Steak House which served good quality food and drink.
WITH FEW GOOD CHOICES FOR A BETTER QUALITY HOTEL NEAR BYU THIS IS A GOOD PLACE TO STAY AT A FAIR PRICE. ON A ROAD TRIP AND HAD TO DO LAUNDRY. GOOD FACULITIES BUT AT A COST-$2 PER WASH AND $2 PER DRY. VERY NICE INDOOR POOL TO SWIM IN WHILE DOING LAUNDRY.
