The property is on some beautiful land! The pool is great and is sitting in the open field near a tree that is absolutely amazing to sit under to get away from the hot sun. We loved being in the pool relaxing and sitting under the tree taking a nap! The property is lovely!

The house was very nice, clean and confortable and very well set up and equipped. The host was very responsive and nice. Check-in very easy. From the porch you can see a piece of the ocean and beach. Walk to the beach is very short.

The Springhill Suites was the issue. Prince Frederick beautiful area.
This trip was a quick getaways for my family. I took my disabled mother and reserved a handicapped suite upon booking. Upon arrival on Friday, July 21, 2022 at 10:00pm; it was stated to me that my reservations just seen two hours previously a. No handicap room was available the entire 2 day stay. I struggle to give my disabled mother a shower to avoid falling, I ask for a bath mat. (I'll have to check my receipt to see if I was charged for a bath mat).
I booked two rooms: No hot water the entire day and night. I was told maintenance would not be available until the morning at 2:00 a..m. Mold odor in each room. No available. Daughter extremely allergic. No sick. Asked for extra towels and washcloths, I was told to bring the dirty towels and washcloths to the front desk when ready for new ones, " ...to keep the cycle of clean towels coming". I was told the room service cleans the rooms every two days! Even the second day did not restock rooms with toiletries nor towels and washcloths. Ask maid service in hallway for trash can liners. Had to empty my own trash. Said , " I have bags. I am not assigned to clean your room though." Rooms pull out sofa bed spill stains. Needless to say we did not use the sleep sofas.
Day manager Rosa never available to discuss issues. Spent 2 nights miserable nights in two seperate rooms. I have spent many nights in hotels on business and pleasure and don't mind spending for services that i book for . However, this was the worst! Not worth $830! I will be speaking to Headquarters for a refund!

There was a surprising number of activities available in Prince Frederick. We did a wonderful volksmarch in nearby St. Mary's City and Chesapeake Beach. We also spent a lovely afternoon at the Running Hare Vineyard & had a wonder ice cream experience at the Farmer's Stand. We would like to return and visit a number of the available museums and parks.

It was for the most part what was expected. I needed inexpensive but it was surprisingly run down. I checked out early on Saturday when I was supposed to stay till Sunday. I don’t believe anyone was working there on Saturday. No hotel staff at all. I waited a long time and rang the bell. Called throughout the day to let someone know I checked out but never spoke to or saw anyone working at that hotel. It was weird.
The only thing good about this place was Mrs. Angie. She made us feel so welcomed. That woman was doing all the jobs in that hotel. She is worked like a dog and management should be ashamed to be taking advantage of her like that. I wish nothing but good things for her she deserves it all. We will only be back to see her! The hotel needs so much updating and cleaning. 0/10 for sure. Don’t recommend.
The manager and the young girl at the front desk were absolutely superb! Both very friendly and professional. My room was newly renovated and pristine. The bed was super comfortable!! I don’t think I have ever stayed at a nicer hotel. Thank you.
