The staff was very friendly/professional - despite the computer system being down. In my book their attitude is very important - especially when dealing with the situation they faced.

St. Michael's was a premier hotel from frontier days that has been kept in excellent condition. It is in the heart of town across from the old courthouse in a park setting. Lots of great shops and restaurants including "The Palace" restaurant where Doc Holliday visited Big Nose Kate.

Prescott was better than expected.
Prescott was better than expected. The history of the town is incredible. Whiskey Row was a lot of fun with great food and a lot of nostalgia. There is a lot of natural beauty as well. We were there when the Apache cicadas were really on one (very loud). It can be annoying, but it's nature. I would like to spend a little more time there next time around.

Prescott Arizona is a beautiful little town.
Prescott Arizona is a beautiful little town. There is a lovely square that you can walk around the courthouse. There are some great little shops and antiques. We went into the spice and tea shop and came home with some great choices. The people we met were very kind and helpful and we enjoyed the town and the scenery as we came into Prescott. We are already trying to decide when we would like to go back and maybe stay a little longer to explore more!

Prescott was a wonderful and unexpected trip.
Prescott was a wonderful and unexpected trip. The town is very historical and very clean. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed walking around downtown and visiting Whiskey Row, where there are saloons, (just for your information, the employees of these saloons and taverns dress in old western garb, so that you feel that you are back in a western movie), taverns, restaurants, shopping and other wonderful things to see and do. The surrounding area is beautiful. There are wonderful day hiking trips, that are not strenuous. The beauty will amaze you.

The Holiday Inn Express was an excellent place to stay.
The Holiday Inn Express was an excellent place to stay. We hiked all over the area, kayaked with Prescott Outdoors, and ate at wonderful restaurants, notably St. Michael’s Bistro, Limoncello’s and Bear and Dragon Restaurant. We also stopped to feast on delectable French pastries at Pangaea. Prescott is within easy driving distance of Sedona, Williams, Flagstaff, and the Grand Canyon. We are definitely coming back!

See reviews by guests who stayed at hotels in Prescott
We knew we were arriving late and leaving early. Because of that we took the risk of getting an economy room. Imagine how pleased we were to find a room that had everything you would expect in a much more expensive motel. If we are needing a place in Prescott again we will certainly book with the Sierra Inn and plan to stay longer.
Room was quiet, clean and cozy, and they had the heat on which was so appreciated as it was really cold outside. Also the bed was very comfortable. I had stayed at a more expensive hotel the night before and they heater didn't work correctly and the bed was horrible so I extra appreciated The Heritage House room!
