Front desk was friendly and welcoming. The hotel is very clean and updated. Our room was comfortable and the bathroom was bright and filled with nice smelling soaps. Breakfast was delicious and the menu varied everyday during our 4 days stay. The hotel is conveniently located near a very nice Chilis and Aldi’s. The location is great as all the attractions (Breakers and Marble Hill mansions, Cliff Walk, Wharf) is a short drive away (about 15 mins). My family and I enjoyed our stay here very much!

Elizabeth and Doug were fantastic hosts. They supplied us with everything we needed. The morning breakfasts were exceptional! The room was quiet and very comfortable. The bathroom/shower was perfect. We were able to use the large lounge to relax and watch TV.
We have been to several B&Bs, this was one of the best!

Very easy drive to Newport attractions . Portsmouth is a sleepy town on the north end of the island. Tip if driving in from the west, take the southern route and the Pell bridge. Traffic through Providence was horrible.
The hotel’s conditions and services exceeded expectations. The staff were very friendly. The location is a bit remote; for first-time visitors, it’s best to rent a car first. Then,It’s convenient for shopping and dining, and it’s a very quiet and beautiful place. You can also order food delivery.
