Staff was understanding and helpful—full refund given to us for our experience and staff was very apologetic. Staff offered a new room but we weren’t comfortable staying at the hotel given the circumstances.

The house is very nice & clean I felt very comfortable & Omg the couch is so cozy 🥰 I love the tent in the backyard so stylish & unique great house for pictures . Also the house haves a driveway which is always a Great ! The host has everything you will need you don’t run out of anything, everything in the house also works the Host was very clear on instructions far as how to use any & everything. I enjoyed my stay so much I will be booking for the nearest future !
