We were in Novi visiting our Daughter who has just moved to Michigan . Ahmed was the one who checked us in . He was so kind and welcoming , I asked him if it was ok for our daughter and her boyfriend to come visit he said no problem and also upgraded my room so we could be more comfortable visiting . I think that is the sweetest most kind thing he could have done for us . Also our room was very Clean and comfortable. Will definitely come back when we visit again. !!

It was great just the lady proving the breakfast seem that she was not having a good day. Is sad because it made us feel that we had to be careful with whatever we were grabbing since she didn’t see happy and just was looking at us.

Stayed for 8 days for work. Bed was super comfortable, but the sheets / blankets were horrible. No breathability, was sweating excessively every night because of bedding. Breakfast was same thing every day, only change was between cheese omelet or Jimmy Dean Breakfast sandwich. The Jimmy Dean sandwich and ALL of the cereal are g.m.o. genetically modified, which I try to avoid. Wish they payed more attention to the food they are offering and the health risks. But still better than many places I have stayed.
The staff was very nice to my rotties.
As matter of fact, I decided on this place because of the friendly voice on the end of the phone snd awesome customer service that I received when I was calling around since I had dogs .
So was really thankful when I got there and seen how nice the place was.

Interesting museum. Fantastic library. Lovely town square decorated for fall festivities. Loved window shopping, especially the dress shops. the Picnic Basket is makes food shopping an adventure in good tastes.Very impressed by the friendliness of the people we encountered.
The first morning there was no breakfast at all except cold cereal….literally a gallon of expired milk and cold cereal and coffee that was it. The second day there was more but not enough as there was a bus full of some type of boys team that ate as fast as they put out the food. The breakfast was very disappointing, but otherwise was a nice hotel.
The room needed more amenities like a clock, ice bucket, coffee pot. The door didn’t have an inside lock like a chain or lever. I did like the plugs on the nightstand easy to plug in devices. The room was very nice. I know the hotel is under renovation so maybe the amenities just haven’t been added.
Hotel room spacious with everything in good conditions. Architecture of this place, the business center everything fine. You can play golf or use swimming pool. Quite place good to relax
