This is our 2nd time staying at this hotel. My husband has cancer and we travel 2+ hours to the Stanford hospital, for various tests. They are so accommodating with extra blankets and anything else we need. Plenty of good food within walking distance and more is coming soon. It's not fancy, but extremely comfortable. Being his caregiver I don't get a lot of good naps and sleeps... but I did here. The bed was super comfy! Kitchenette was nice, even if we didn't prepare any food... but we could've. We loved the table to eat together. It was a very nice experience at a reasonable price. The thank you cookies were delicious! We slept in too late to even check out breakfast the 2nd night, and we had to get to the hospital the 1st night before we could check it out. It's definitely our go to hotel if he needs more tests or scans.

The Rose Hotel, hotel in Pleasanton

Located in Pleasanton just 5 mi from Wente Vineyards, The Rose Hotel is a European-style hotel and offers a gourmet continental breakfast. All guest rooms are equipped with a spa bath and free WiFi.

The property was stylishly, richly appointed, impeccably clean and provided many unexpected amenities: coffee, tea, and treats at all hours, turn-down service, fresh fruit on every floor, a French press for morning coffee, soaking tub with jets. Breakfast was elegantly presented and upscale. Many dining options within a block or two and a Saturday farmer’s market. Staff always greeted us sincerely. It was as if we had been transported to a fine French hotel.

Pleasanton Marriott, hotel in Pleasanton

The Pleasanton Marriott is located in Silicon Valley, one mile from the Dublin Heritage Museum. It has a heated outdoor pool, and offers spacious rooms with LCD TV and cable channels.

Room wasn’t completely carpeted, it was upgraded to hard surface with carpeting around bed only. As with more hotels these days, they don’t automatically offer daily room servicing, but for me I usually don’t like service during short stays. I liked that there wasn’t a “resort” fee or pay parking.

    Beautiful community.

Beautiful community. The Hyatt is located in a Business Park area and is about a 20 minute walk to the commuter train. The town cetre is a short Uner ride away and worth taking in. Very nice old downtown with shops, restaurants, and more. Great main Street to walk.

Such a cute little town, you have a huge restaurant selection and many cute stores and boutiques to shop at. Very friendly people and refreshing to see peoples faces and smiles! The purpose of our trip was to go to Mavericks country bar for line dancing and live music. What a gem of a place with a crowd of folks in their 20's all the way to people in their 70's. People if all walks of life enjoying dancing and music and good company.

Horrible customer service, the management is absolutely horrible. Was locked out of my room for three hours with no assistance, the elevator did not work for a week. Overall it was the worst hotel stay that I have ever experienced in my life!

It was too hot to do anything..... We planned to eat @ The Beer Baron Whisky Bar however, we were treated poorly by the staff there. No seating after waiting for 20 mins and waiter and waitress kept ignoring us for another 30 mins..... Not a friendly place for sure.

Great stay and service Best room for a larger group and at an amazing rate. Breakfast buffet was free and surpassed those of most hotels we have stayed at. This is definitely our go to place whenever we are in the Bay Area.

This is my "go to" hotel when I am in California. Have stayed there several times and will no doubt return. Friendly staff and comfortable rooms. Not fancy but clean and more than adequate and all rooms are on the first (and only) floor. WM down the street as well as a Safeway, 7/11, and bagel joint two blocks away. Also easy access to the 580 freeway. Rooms come with a fridge and microwave.
