The size of the room was great, with a sitting area with couch and a large bathroom. The location was great for our needs. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The king bed was huge and quite comfortable. The heating was responsive and good in cold January. The iron and ironing board were in excellent condition.

Absolutely nothing since the host cancelled my entire stay cuz they FREAKED OUT (the host exact words) that I booked for that time based on that even though I kept up with messages and communication and booked it after they accepted my SERVICE ANIMALS since I'm a 100% DISABLED FEMALE GULF WAR VETERAN and they knew I was and had animals and were fine with that which isn't the issue. They cancelled without talking to me or seeing if we could resolve their FREAKED OUT state in another way while still accommodating my reservation which was booked months before my move to Utah but they didn't. They DID re invite me back and told me that the BOOKED UP status on their establishment was false and they had plenty of reservations left but did cancel on me cuz they were FREAKED OUT.
