The hotel was nice. We could tell it was either new, or newly refurbished. It was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good, but the same thing every day. If you stay longer than a few days it could get very old.

Location was convenient for my travels. Several restaurants and gas stations nearby. I loved the layout of the room with full size fridge and mini kitchen and a reclining chair. I was only staying for the night, but I would have been comfortable for an extended stay.

The shuttle wasn't available, and low unprofessional staffing was very dissapointing. Also, the Cafe was closed due to low staff.
The hotel is clean, comfortable, which is a plus, but I won't be staying there again, because of the hassle without a shuttle, and no food.

It was an awful experience.
It was an awful experience. Cleanliness was attempted, but it needed an overall scrub and carpets cleaned. It still smelled like smoke. But the worst part was the adult baseball makes that took over the entrance/eating lounge until after 11 pm. They were drinking, laughing, yelling and etc LOUDLY. The receptionist said they’d quiet down by 10 pm, but that didn’t happen. Why they were allowed to party at an AIRPORT hotel is beyond me. Travelers have to get get up early - us by 3 am. It was such a redneck experience.

We were in Plainfield to view the April 2024 eclipse, watching it from our hotel grounds, so we didn't explore the city extensively. I expected traffic to be crazy, but it wasn't.
I was able to work in hikes at Sodalis Nature Park and Hummel Park during my stay and was impressed with both.
I saw enough to know that I'd live in Plainfield if I moved to the Indy area. Nice restaurants, amazing municipal parks, very friendly people.

Great staff. Bed and room was very comfortable, so comfortable I overslept. Great breakfast in the morning. Convenient location. Pool and hot tub water temperatures were just right. Plenty of towels in room and in pool area.

I had picked out some places to eat (bakery and Italian) a mile or two north of the hotel, but we didn't go there. We were in town for a wedding, which provided enough food. We chose this location for proximity to the airport, which was very good. We also enjoyed a walk on the City's pathway near the high school, a short distance from the hotel.

White House Suites: The location was great for the airport. The room was not designed for comfort. Very utilitarian. Kitchen but the refrigerator was not working properly. No lamps just overhead canned lighting. Probably fine for a work crew. The rate was too high for the room. Very nice person at the front desk. It was clean. No blankets on bed just a stiff bedspread. Bed was comfortable enough though. Noisy. Outdoor traffic noise and a lot of noise in room above ours.

The general manager was at the desk when I checked in. She allowed me to check in early, and I appreciated it so much. I was exhausted from lack of sleep, so it meant so much to be able to check in. I had a very large, nice room. Some of the decor was a little dated, but the hotel was very clean, so it didn't matter. The room was quiet. The breakfast was good.
Everything like in the description, quite clean and comfortable. The hotel was clearly for one night, the shower was good, the towels were a little shabby, in general everything was clean and tidy. You can hear the planes taking off from the airport, but if you are from a long journey, it doesn’t matter.
Very nice and efficient airport shuttle drivers. Even the 4:30am one was all smiles and enthusiastic. Those were the main reason that I choose this airport hotel.
I arrived very late at the Airport, but everything was ready and I had a great rest at the hotel, I happily recommend it to all (single, female) travellers 👍
I liked the close distance to the airport and very friendly staff, and unfortunately that's pretty much everything good about this hotel and its facilities.
