Room was immaculate and you could tell it was throughly cleaned. You could see fair wear and tear on surfaces cook top and fridge. Bed and linens were unstained and clean. No bugs or vermin seen on site or inside.

Location was very good. Staff were friendly. breakfast was very good. Room was cleaned every second day. Reception was quick and easy. They gave good information about the area and how to do things. Great air conditioner kept us cool in the extreme heat.

The location is good. We had stayed here many times before when it was Sonesta Suites while visiting family in the area. I love the kitchen with large refrigerator. They were remodeling the main area and breakfast area- not a dislike but it was a bit confusing and crowded- temporary I know

I paid nearly $2k for 7 nights and the room fridge was empty not even complimentry water and was charged for breakfast , this is shocking to me , plus the breakfast was basic and not even cooked properly , staff at the breakfast counter did not understand english properly either which made it even difficult to order food
