What breakfast??? My spouse went down at 8:00am and they were totally out of sausage and didn’t have any more. Breakfast consisted of biscuits with cream cheese. Very disappointed !

The cabin is as cute and near the lake. It was old and refurbished to the minimum. One thing that I can say is it was clean. The bedding was older style and although the sheets were washed I couldn’t tell if the coverlet was. The owner was amazing. He was so very nice and helpful. I just prefer a newer chain hotel. I could see some people loving this place.

Bed comfortable. However room was not cleaned and n extra toiletries given. When inquired about when room would be cleaned from a cleaning staff member was told “our room was not on her list” and not very friendly.

We loved meeting several couples on the porch on a rainy night. In the rocking chairs meeting new friends for life. Ended up enjoying a day together with one of the couples at Mackinac Island. Then another day with another couple by driving to their home in Wisconsin fro their invitation. Friends now for life with two of the couples from a rainy night that kept many at the Stafford's Inn on the porch enjoying conversations from people from any different walks in life.

Went for dinner at Hoppies at the airport with a great experience for the kids to see all the nature displays.
Another night we went up to Mackinac City for dinner at Dixie Saloon / O'Rileys was great food and service. (The front desk made the suggestions)
Right across from the Pellston airport. Arrived on a late flight and stayed the night. Very comfortable room and staff was nice. They. have a shuttle to pick you up or drop you off at the airport. So convenient and quiet. Continental breakfast was good.
We loved that Pellston was affordable, had a wonderful pool, and staff was very friendly and helpful. The snack corner was an awesome bonus since we checked in late and needed some food. Beds were cozy too!
