The fact that they have a great employee Named Nova if I’m not mistaken. I had a bad experience at the Brea location and was left to cancel my reservation and wait in the rain with my puppy in hand. All that changed as soon as I stepped foot at the Anaheim Hills location and talked to Nova. Amazing customer service and this business is very lucky to have you as an employee.
