Horseshoe Bend view walk, Lower Antelope Valley tour,...

Horseshoe Bend view walk, Lower Antelope Valley tour, Vermilion Hills drive filled our 1 1/2 days. Local food was ok. Proximate "brisket' (Big John's?) restaurant food slightly above average. Evening country band was laid back and good. Grand Canyon Restaurant and Brewery about the same food wise. Both average values. Basic American food, not remarkable in portion size or quality. Didn't ask for or find a place locals eat. Getting around with GPS is easy. Town is well kept and seemed safe. Locals were good folks. Most tourists there for natural wonders. Probably a bit different in hotter months when boating and camping is the main attraction.

We loved our stay in Page.

We loved our stay in Page. Unfortunately it was very hot, so I would go back, but at a different time of the year. I toured Antelope Canyons, which was beautiful, interesting, and a good value, I thought. We ate at Fiesta Mexican, which was next door to the restaurant. They are pet friendly and have outdoor seating. The waiters were very kind to my pup, bringing him a bowl of water. We liked it so much we returned for lunch the next day.

Lots of great activities are available and would have liked to stayed on another day or two to enjoy them. We did go to Horseshoe Bend which was fabulous and also did Antelope Canyon tour which was amazing. Good choice of restaurants in town and enjoyed all of them - the Thai food truck, El Tapatio, and Gone West Family Restaurant.

Our Mystical Antelope Canyon tour was the best!

Our Mystical Antelope Canyon tour was the best! We also drove to the Glen Canyon Dam visitor center the following morning and although we were disappointed there were no public tours, it was still really cool! That same morning we also went to the Horseshoe Bend Overlook. Beautiful sight but way too many dumb tourists that kind of taint the experience. They should have at least one or two park rangers there to “remind” idiots to stay on the trail (per the many signs) instead of climbing on rock overhangs and throwing trash over the rails. What can I say except PEOPLE ARE STUPID and can’t respect the stunning landscapes they’re lucky enough to be able to visit. Overall, Page and the surrounding area is incredibly beautiful and well worth the drive up even if you didn’t do anything else! Would love to come back and take a Lake Powell tour.

So much to do and explore in Page, AZ. We loved the Birdhouse! Wish we could bring them back home with us. We live in the south and we were absolutely shocked that they have some of the best fried chicken that we've ever eaten! The Birdhouse needs to be franchised!

We visited Antelope Canyon (a must for any visit), Horseshoe Bend and the Glen Canyon Visitors Centre - which was extremely well presented and informative. It is a long drive to get to but it is really worth it. Big tip is to dine at John's Big BBQ in the Main Street. You cannot book a table but if you get there between 6-6.30pm you will get in ok and they have live country music and great cowboy food. Excellent vist

Rooms were clean and big enough for our group (3 people per room, but they could fit 4 since beds are queen size). Beds were quite comfortable and the bathroom was big and with all the necessities promised. Huge and clean shower, which is a bonus. Breakfast buffet good and complete of different options: pancakes, waffles, yogurts and salty options, and so much more. Great location near Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend, and near a small city center with a lot of bars and restaurants.

It is not just a hotel but an experience and we really enjoyed it. Host are very nice and helpful and they take the time to show around and explain their place and culture. We stayed in the covered wagon wheel room and we were impressed with all the small details it had inside, clealiness and how comfortable it was. Amazing and memorable experience overall It is of course in a great location too just a few minutes from HorseShoe Bend, Page, etc.

Staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Really sets a hotel like this apart from many similarly priced rivals nearby. Rooms were clean. Pool was great. 2 minutes from a Walmart. Proximity to Horseshoe Bend- 5 minute drive. Approx 2 hours to monument valley which should not be missed. We had a slight issue with the flush of our toilet that was quickly fixed by the manager. Really professional service.

Nice and clean little room, great outdoor seating. Perfect choice if you don’t stay many nights in Page and need a cute place that’s different from all the chain hotels.
