Pacific City is our favorite little beach town.
Pacific City is our favorite little beach town. We been coming there for years and happy to be bringing our kids here too. Love the small town and friendly people. Getting around is easy whether in a car, on foot or bike. The Tillamook bus is easy to ride with friendly drivers with a couple stops in PC. The bus fare is affordable even if one way or round trip. Doryland pizza is one of our favorite restaurants in town. The Dory Days is the best event during the summer with a parade and dory events, and fish fry, lots of fun.

The city was gorgeous and the town has its very own coastal feel. It’s hard to explain but when you’re there, a special calming comfort overtakes you. It was so nice to be able to relax and watch the waves without crowd of people. There were great restaurants and the service at every place (even the gas station) was 5 star.

It was quiet and lovely.
It was quiet and lovely. We ate at the Pelican Brewery and the Meridian restaurant. Make sure you make reservations for both these places. Also, be aware that if you go during the beginning of the week, many restaurants are closed. That was not an issue for us, but is something to be aware of.

We have been coming to Pacific city for about 20 years.
We have been coming to Pacific city for about 20 years. For most of that time we owned a house there. It is a small beach town with the only attraction really being the beach. But it is gorgeous for long walks and has a number of good restaurants. We made many family memories there and enjoy returning periodically for a visit. Best food in town would be the Beach Wok, and Ben and Jeff’s Burgers and Tacos by the Pelican Pub is awesome. The Pub is hit and miss, but the beer is fantastic and you can’t beat the view. Warning: Everything is overpriced because you’re at the beach. Meridian Restaurant at The Headlands is elegant but super casual. Very upscale menu and it is very good. A great dining experience. Lastly, drive ten minutes south on 101 to the Cafe at Hawk Creek. Consistently fantastic food and service.

PC is a small, quaint beach town with charm.
PC is a small, quaint beach town with charm. This was my third trip and I love it! Can go out to eat or cook in one of the many rental houses/motels in the area. Beach is fabulous and an easy walk from pretty much anywhere you stay. Easy drive to Tillamook or down the coast for views, souvenirs or sand dunes/dune buggies. My goal is to visit every year in the summer. Love watching the dory boats and climbing sand hill, going to the Pelican. This year was covid so things weren't the same but still had a wonderful time.

Your staff was friendly and helpful. The adventure staff , Dan and John were informative and fun. The dining room dinner and breakfast were delicious. I usually do not like clam chowder but yours was so delicious. Can I have the recipe? Your resort was wonderful
Seeing Haystack rock was just amazing outside out deck. Dory boats were amazing.
The bed is very comfortable. Good mattress, and I love the quilt and other bed linens. The room decor is just right- comfortable and clean and pleasant. Beautiful flowers hanging outside every room. Love the record player and the record collection. Love the Adirondack chairs outside. And the picnic table- we ate dinner there.
We had a fabulous time. The view from the Inn was fantastic and easy access to the beach. The beach had tide pools and sand dunes that were fun too. This was a last minute trip choice and we didn’t know what to expect. Very glad we chose Inn at Cape Kiwanda!
Nice hotel over the road from a nice public beach which isn’t to crowded. Supermarket and restaurants nearby. Hotel as car park. Great view from balcony of sea. Room was spacious, with small kitchenette and dinning table for 2.
The upper level of the home was beautiful, the ceiling is amazing! Enjoyed the full wrap-around deck as it offered a nice view of Pacific City and the ocean. Master bed was quite comfortable.
