The staff were welcoming and responsive. Had suggestions for dinner and sights to see.
The only recommendation would be larger sample size of toiletries. The tiny shampoos, body wash did not even wash my 4 year old and we were only given one even when asked for more. One per person at a minimum would be standard and then not enough. Maybe the pumps in the show you refill would be better. Bring your own shampoo, soaps and lotions.
