The breakfast was very nice and the breakfast room is beautiful. Our rooms were adjoining and we were very thankful about that. The front lobby is warm and welcoming. Staff is excellent. We stay here every time we come to Bangor. A service request for our room was dealt with within minutes and completely resolved.

Everything OK. Typical breakfast as in many other US/Canadian motels. Heaps of parking space. Room interior was like a time capsule from the 80s as one knows from many US TV series (I loved that telephone!!!) :-) - beds were very good, that's the most important thing.

The room was dirty. Coffee stains on walls, the mini fridge was dirty with what looked like chocolate. There was long brown hairs in the clothing drawers, and black mold all in the shower.. I have pictures. I am disgusted by the state of the room. The staff were amazing.
