Good food choices (bagel breakfast sandwiches were great). Kitchens in the rooms are awesome. Pillow selection is very good and beds are just right. Love the dining/common area, very comfortable feeling.

This is very large, spacious home with 2 full baths, both with double sinks. The house was super clean when we arrived. The house is in a very convenient location in a quiet neighborhood.
I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a well priced place to stay in the Provo/Orem area.
Oh, the host was great to work with. He was proactive in reaching out to me and very responsive to my questions!
The streets are very dark at night. The street signs were difficult to make put because it was dark. The people we had asked for help in locating an address were very nice and helpful.

I paid $353.75 and made a reservation on May 30th, but on...
I paid $353.75 and made a reservation on May 30th, but on June 21st, around 10PM, I went to the hotel to stay and asked for the reserved room, but Booking.com said the reservation was canceled and they did not give me the room, so I used Booking.com again, I made a reservation at Sandy Best Western again, went there around midnight, stayed for two days on the 21st and 22nd, and checked out on the 23rd. Why are they scamming me, a customer? I recorded all of these unfair facts on video and posted them on YouTube. We will make sure that the world is informed of the damage suffered by consumers.

I lived near Orem for 21 years, so I didn't need to see much. Loved Culver's Custard! Haven't eaten there in a while, because there isn't one where I live now. For those who haven't been to Orem, UT, beautiful views of the Wasatch Front mountains. Take a drive up Provo Canyon, gorgeous drive, visit Bridal Veil Falls while on your drive.

We come here to see family who live in the area. Great for access to the mountains and for UVU/BYU. Several LDS temples accessible from here, and more are being built. Also, you can catch a train to SLC and the airport.

You really couldn't make it any better and if you did I would have to move in. I just hope my post doesn't make it unavailble in the future but it really was this good. PF Changs is right up the street, shopping at Burlington a few blocks away, McD'S a few blocks away for a quick BF and run. This is the perfect place to stay, I had an appt. in Salt Lake downtown and made it in 40 Min. despite construction. Left 2 hrs early and was pleasantly surprised.

If getting quarters to use the guest laundry was a problem...
If getting quarters to use the guest laundry was a problem for the facility, then switching to tokens might be to there advantage. thought that was a poor excuse. Exit doors did not close fully, so security looked to be an issue. Not having A/C in the corridors was one thing but hot air blowing was ridiculous.
The room was clean, kudos to the housekeeping staff!
I made a reservation May 30th and went to the hotel a few days later to check if the reception was confirmed, but why did they unilaterally cancel it on June 21st and make me change to Besr Western? Are you guys scamming me?

Easy to get to, nice clean hotel. Power was out when we arrived , she was very helpful. We left to go for a bite to eat, it was still out when we returned, but very helpful getting us to our room. Bit of an inconvenience but couldn’t be helped.
