Staff was friendly and made my day after having a rough day.
This Cleveland hotel is located near Interstate 271, a short drive from the attractions of the city center, and provides many modern and free amenities including a free hot breakfast.
I would not stay at this hotel again. It is very basic.
I would not stay at this hotel again. It is very basic. The rom was very dirty. The hotel smells strongly of marijuana. We tried to get a handicapped accessible room by contacting the hotel and booking.com ahead of time, and the hotel did not supply one. There is nothing interesting in the neighborhood. You need a car to go somewhere interesting.

I liked the kitchenette the room provided. I like the refrigerator. It was nice and cold. I love that the facility provides amenities that more expensive hotels do not provide. The kitchenette is a very nice touch. I could cook and refrigerate my items.
Nothing! The only thing that might have been good was the exterior of the building...it looked nice and clean. I liked the fact that we did not stay there! We went to another hotel!
