Ultra comfort and cleanliness, plenty of supplies, really lovely, professional staff who responded quickly to queries. The view of the gorgeous beach was such a plus and close to Flora Bama for music. Excellent breakfast omelettes and super nice waiting staff. Perfect.

Email was sent and gave us the code to enter. Plenty of carts to load and unload our stuff. We were on the end, so we had an extra large balcony. Washer and dryer in the condo. The indoor pool was nice for the rainy and windy days and double red flags on the beach.
We love that’s it’s warmer here than at home in January.
We love that’s it’s warmer here than at home in January. Just the right size town to be comfortable getting around and not too far to go to other attractions. Pickleball and tennis for my husband and the pool for me…so many wonderful places to eat. The ocean is beautiful to hang out and relax or read!

I'm from New England but lived in Mississippi as a kid.
I'm from New England but lived in Mississippi as a kid. I forgot about the friendly, polite nature of the people in the deep south. During our stay in Orange Beach we always had great experiences with people in stores, restaurants, bars, hotels. We had so much fun at the Floribama with all the live music and the Bushwackers! I'm approaching 60 yrs old, in previous decades we loved running around Miami for fun. This area seemed like a calm version of Miami with beautiful scenery by day and plenty of fun at night, but at half the price. To get the full effect you have to get a place with a view of the beach! We stayed at the Phoenix X for most of the week. Great views. Then later at a Caribe condo, which also was very pleasant.
The restaurant called "The Gulf" just over the Perdido Pass Bridge reminds me of a place we love in Puerto Rico. A super staff, delicious food, and the bartenders were slinging drinks so fast even big crowds were happy. We went there three times in one week.

Can’t put tents on beach close up. Don’t bother to bring.
Can’t put tents on beach close up. Don’t bother to bring. 805 Pelican pointe was unable to get WiFi for days. Then once I called over five times, maintenance came and then the WiFi was unacceptably slow. Kept getting kicked off and my son had classes to do homework. Shame on me for thinking he could do his homework there in the WiFi! I called them for days and no fix! Whomever owns this condo: waste of my hard earned money. I won’t be staying there or recommending it at all. It’s also outdated and not super clean, even though you have to pay cleaning fees. Not enough towels and you are expected to bring your own extra cleaning supplies. They provide a very small kit. Don’t expect WiFi to be worth anything! Don’t expect your calls or emails to be responded to!

Our kids absolutely loved it, family friendly with many things to do. We spent a lot of our times at the resort playing and the short shuttle ride to the beach was very convenient. We will definitely be back!!

Regency Isles P1109 is a terrible place.
Regency Isles P1109 is a terrible place. Needs new everything. Rust on the bathtub. Stove broken, ice maker broken. Rotting wood in one of the bathrooms. Mattresses worn out. Lamps didn’t work. It flooded. Had to listen to loud fans trying to dry out floor and walls for 2 nights. Knew about broken ice maker since we checked in on Thursday but didn’t fix it. “It was not high priority “. But it caused the flooding and they wanted us to move at 8:30 on Saturday night to another place not in the same facility. It was a terrible experience. P1109 in the advertised picture didn’t even look like the same place. Overall it was awful.

We always return to Orange Beach at least once a year.
We always return to Orange Beach at least once a year. The beaches are truly amazing. Great restaurants. The only negative thing about our stay in the Wharf was that the communication with the rental customer service was like texting with a robot. Never answered our questions. There was nothing posted on the condo about the trolly from the condo to the Oasis. Times and phone # to contact. Had to find out that there was a trolley running to and from the Wharf to the Oasis after we drove ourselves to the Oasis. Terrible communication that was the negative part.

It was a wonderful experience we had with you guys from the moment we walked into your hotel! The breakfast was amazing and everyone was so polite and helpful! We will definitely be back to stay when we come back into town!
This was one of our best stays during our south-east US trip. Everything was exceptional during our stay. Location of the hotel is literally on the beach which is absolutely fantastic.
