We met Sharida at the front desk who was very helpful and accommodating. Most of the time we were out however when we got back the room was comfortable, got a good sleep. Would definitely stay there again.

Newly renovated so still looking OK. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, staff were lovely. Nothing special but exactly what we paid for and was nice to get a break from some of the chain hotels we'd been staying in.

Olive Branch has a lot of places to eat and many hotels.
Olive Branch has a lot of places to eat and many hotels. It is convenient to I-22. Once you get through Memphis and across the bridge, it's best to stay here because there isn't much in Byhalia or Holly Springs. We travel from South Georgia to Fort Riley, Kansas several times a year and this is a good halfway point.

The entrance/parking area is quite tight to maneuver.
The only disappointing thing was our "bulk shampoo/conditioner" caddies (in the shower) were empty!

Our first room the key cards didn't work so attended.
Our first room the key cards didn't work so attended. Had to let us in. Then we had make sure someone stayed in the room to let anyone back in again when bringing in our luggage. There wasn't enough towels, no coffee maker, toilet handle was broken, carpet had toe nails on it. Cockroach in the bathtub. Smoke detector was broken, no microwave or coffee maker in the second room that we stayed in because we had to stay one more night and they gave us different rooms. Also sink was stopped up because garbage disposal wasn't working.

The room stunk terrible.
The room stunk terrible. When you pay 252.00 for a room I'm pissed it seems as no cares about the customers. And homeless people came inside and ate free breakfast explain. That to me. I wouldn't recommend Quality Inn to anyone to stay.

Early check in was great.
Early check in was great. No complimentary breakfast and no maid service during our stay was disappointing. If you don’t get your room cleaned or a breakfast then they should discount the price or at least tell there is no complimentary breakfast or maid service when you make your reservation. Probably my first and last time staying with them.

Finding the location of the hotel is easy. Hot breakfast, egg, scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon, coffee, muffins, yogurt, milk. I liked the spacious bathroom, there is a bath, a good stationary shower and a shower with a flexible hose. Good bed linen and towels. You can open the window a little. There is a refrigerator, which was useful to us. Ice in the corridor.
A good hotel but away from most points of interest. Facilities were adequate and breakfast was typical American fare (waffles etc). Staff were friendly and tried to be helpful.
I love the location of the hotel, but the bathroom didn't have a soap dish in shower , I chose this hotel & location for the peace and quiet nut it was kinda noisy.
