Like I stated they got me with a $100 incidental fee showing me they don’t trust their customers. Blankets are this as a piece of paper. Curtains don’t close so the flood lights are blaring in your room and face. Pool was closed even though that was the whole point we chose this hotel. Even after all this, they never cared to help make things right or talk to me about any of these issues. Will never go back.

This was a nice Super 8. I realized after leaving that I had forgotten some earrings. I called the next day and they found them and kept them at the front desk for several days. When I returned from our trip the earrings were there. Very nice staff!

O'Fallon is a growing small city with a mixture of old, charming churches and buildings to new businesses and hotels. I always love my stay here. Everything is close by, the 50 freeway runs right through it, and the new restaurants popping up are refreshing and fun to visit. My sons attended McKendree University so I would always plan my stay in O'Fallon since it's so close and has lots of known stores and tasty places to eat.

Everything was awesome the kick back breakfast the only problem was we asked for maid service while we were out and didn’t get it easy to get into St. Louis from all three bridges and easy to get to the zoo and park
Leave early if going to the zoo parking is awful

Breakfast was good, comfortable hotel and location within driving distance of what is needed. Few gas stations right up the street, not really anything close for immediate walking distance. Great location for price and breakfast is decent.
Everyone was super nice! Loved the drinks at kickback. Beds were comfy. Hotel is clean. Plenty of luggage carts. Check in/out was seamless. Pool guy was super nice!
