Breakfast was pretty good; better than most budget hotels of this class. We generally try to stay at Staybridge and the good breakfast is one of the reasons. Provided hot food (scrambled eggs/omlette, potatoes, bacon/sausage, waffles), fruit, breads, yogurt, etc.

Due to our flight being delayed, we arrived around 2 AM and the gentleman at the front desk at this time was very welcoming - I appreciated his warmness and demeanor for the middle of the night. It was also very accommodating when I requested my son’s room, be on the same floor as mine, and he was able to give us adjoining rooms.
I was happy to see that there was no carpet in our room. The photos should be updated. Our room was very clean and the front desk was very friendly with all of our needs, including a coffee maker.
I wouldn’t exactly call what they offer in the morning “free breakfast.” It’s just coffee, granola bars, and individually wrapped muffins. On a separate day, we also found packets of oatmeal. It was free, but we thought we would have seen a full continental breakfast room.
Overall, we had a pretty good stay, and we really couldn’t complain for the rate we paid. Best rate and value in the area and very close to the mall.

The room was a nice size. The toilet wouldn't stop running and the smoke detector beeping (due to needing to change the battery).

The only thing that was nice and comfortable was the beds. The rest was a nightmare! No hot breakfast, key cards did not work, charged for 5 people and only four came. The had plenty of rooms available because there were only four or five cars in the lot. Would have been a wiser choice to have changed our reservation rather than having 4 ladies out there telling what terrible customer service we were given. We were not cancelling, just changing the number of people. Sometimes we must find a way to accommodate a customer's wishes if at all possible rather than have the bad reviews out there. I was very disappointed in the manager at Comfort Inn & Suites at OFallon MO.

We were there to visit family in a nearby town. Didn't really experience O'Fallon, but the nearby properties seemed fine and typical for a suburban retail and business district. We didn't visit any except the gas station. It appears to be a safe area.

We were there to watch our grandson to play with the OFallon Hoots. Also to look up family from some years ago. Had a great help with the civic center. We ate at Panara for Breakfast since you only had plastic wrapped muffins (ugh)

Eat at Lady Di's and Salt + Smoke in St. Charles. The Original Pancake House [Chesterfield, I believe]. Stay clear of Bob Evans and IHOP.
Go to old town St. Charles by the river.

It was an amazing place, we were on the road and decided to stop for the night. The hotel was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom is large with a bathtub. Breakfast is very good.
