1. Management - I made an error in booking my stay and without hesitation the manager made the adjustment
2. Breakfast - management paid particular concenr that the items were always plentiful (coffee, fruit, waffle batter etc.)
3. Late Checkout Request - Again management listened to our need and without hesitation said a 1hr. extension wouldn't be a problem.
