The apartment was very nice, the beds were comfortable. The host was very responsive. The apartment community is lovely and tree lined. It is feels very safe and the parking was very near the unit. I would stay again!! Thank you!!
Good hotel with all ammenities you need. Shopping nearby and good restaurants in Norwood. This hotel is not far away from downtown Boston though the traffic can be very heavy. Norwood has a train station and perhaps that would have been a better option to get to Boston.

Restaurants were within walking distance which I like because I don't like to have to go too far after a long drive to find a place to eat. The food at the Chateau was excellent and the service was very good. There was easy access to the highway to get to where we needed to go. We were there to attend a family funeral so this was not a
vacation/fun trip so we did not engage in any activities.

Took nearly two hours to get there. No transport back to airport. Tried many taxi providers. You can’t call the day before. Call on the day snd none available. We had to hitch a ride. Very dangerous and expensive. Room very basic and had an unpleasant smell. Bathroom fair. Beds acceptable.
Emailed hotel many times before arrival. Transportation confirmed at Booking.com. Generic welcome email in response. Rude assistant when we asked to cancel. Cheated!!!!!

The Clorox in the pool area was too strong make my eyes very red and you can not feel good inside the weather or they don’t have a good ventilation in the pool area, but very good cleaning, very good people, god hotel, good breakfast, nice people

While we were there we went shopping, dined out and enjoyed our time at the hotel. We shopped at frugal Fannie‘s ate at the Château restaurant which was very convenient being in the same parking lot with the Hampton Inn and we weren’t far from patriot Place for more shopping and entertainment

The staff were not pleasant, the wifi which was free was not available then they stated they gave me a discounted charges for me & I didn’t have access to the wifi. The pool area was closed but was not stated in Booking.com as so, the manager was not helpful or consistent in resolving issues brought to his attention. The guest above our Suite were extremely noisy you could hear running back & forth over our heads all hours of the day & night. The breakfast was terrible bottled water, apples, yogurt cups, packaged bagels, cereal cups & granola bars. I feel like this staycation was a waste of money & time. We were unable to relax or enjoy. Without wifi/internet access missed a very important zoom mtg, a lot of phone call & text messages. The staff was not helpful at all. Harley ever at the desk they should have a bell or something to get their attention when someone is standing at the desk waiting to be assisted.

The Front Desk Clerk deserves a 10/10 for her efforts during the stay. We were at the hotel for the Rolling Stones Concert at Gillette Stadium and the hotel had no air conditioning. The young woman working the reception handled herself with respect and grace as the Management left her holding the bag for the situation.
