Our second stay here as a base for a quick Disney visit at the start of a USA trip - an affordable, but comfortable stay. Check in staff were very friendly, room was well appointed and comfortable, pretty clean and a standard motel room feel. There was ample free parking, and a clean pool.

Norwalk, has so much culture and the people there are so very nice and welcoming. It is very close to a lot of shopping centers and it is not that far from other scenery. There is an awesome place very famous Mexican Spot Glorias which gets packed by 10am and limited parking.

Location is was convenient for me, it was half way to everywhere I wanted to go, plus it had a train station 15 mins away walking distance to get to downtown LA. Nice and comfy bed and very spacious room.
The overall hotel is nice but it doesn’t feel like a 4 star hotel. The Staff of the hotel were super lovely and helpful and that’s always a plus.
Typical best western. Everything in the hotel shows a bit of age, but overall our stay was pleasant. The pool is available from 10 am to 10 pm. The breakfasts were ok, the lady that served it was super nice.
Great location near the freeway and there were lots of restaurants within walking distance. The bed was pretty comfortable and the room was a nice size.
