Breakfast was good with a nice variety of hot and cold options. Rooms were huge and very comfortable, and the hotel itself was nice and quiet. Staff were very friendly and helpful - I asked about luggage storage in the city on checkout and the staff member on reception was incredibly helpful - rang around some hotels in the city for me to ask about the possibility of luggage storage, and also printed off some information on luggage storage services for me.

The make manager was very 'short' with me and there was an issue with the water not getting very hot due to one of the 5 water heaters being broken. Mr. Manager gave me an "oh well" attitude and I had to do a follow up call to get a resolution. In the end, the person at the desk comped us a night. I never heard from the male manager again.

The room was large and spacious. The provided kitchenette had all the amenities expected. Bathroom contained decent toiletries. Guest Laundry services were easy to use. The fitness centre had several machines. I wasn't sure about the swimming pool and other facilities. Breakfast was standard American breakfast. Air conditioning worked well and kept the summer heat at bay. There is also plenty of free parking in front of the hotel along with several restaurants, shops, and eateries.
