THE HOTEL IS NASTY. THE FRONT AREA, THE ELEVATOR, THE HALLWAY AND THE BEDROOM AND BATHROOM. THERE WAS ALSO SOMEONE BANGING ON MY DOOR AT 1:20 AM IN THE MORNING AND TRYING TO USE THEIR KEY TO GET IN MY ROOM. I CALLED THE FRONT DESK WHICH TOOK AWHILE TO ANSWER AND TOLD THEM THAT SOMEONE IS TRYING TO GET IN MY ROOM, A SHORT TIME LATER A FEMALE SECURITY WHO HARDLY COULD GET OUT HER OWN WAY CAME TO THE DOOR AND I TOLD HER WHAT HAD HAPPEN AND SHE SAID SHE DIDN'T SEE ANYONE BUT THEY WOULD CHECK THE CAMERA. I ALSO TOLD HER THAT I COULD NOT SLEEP. THEY NEVER GOT BACK TO ME. I LEFT THE NEXT MORNING.

Am still awaiting my $100 refund to go back into my account. This was explained to me and my wife, the money was held for any damages that may occur during my stay. I checked out on the 25th of December and today is the 28th of December. It’s only suppose to take 72 hrs or three days. I’ll wait another day before I start making some calls.

I liked the location, very convenient to beaches, Home Depot, North Miami, & Whole Foods, those were just the closest businesses. There are other businesses further away but knowing I didn't have to travel was a convenience to me and I had the pizza across the street also. The hotel is in a safe area of Miami, I'm sure that would be a concern for people coming to Miami. Convenient Location!

There was a lot to do and many places to shop and eat. It was a safe an clean place to visit and dine on the beach. We ate at Shuckers on the beach where you could see all the beautiful boats. We were there waiting to go in a cruise and see Miami. It was beautiful!
I spent 5 nights in the studio, which was equipped exactly as in the description. I think a big bonus would be to have the washing machine and dishwasher, but apart from that, I found everything I needed in the place. Nice owner, but not intrusive, lots of privacy. Interesting art inside. Quiet at night. For me it is a way better option than a hotel.
Absolutely nothing went well. The hotel was nasty ,disgusting. We did not stay at this hotel. We canceled our reservation when we say how disgusting this place was. There was a patron in the parking area urinating in front of everyone. This place was the worst hotel I have ever seen in my life. It was very badly false advertising.
I had been in the same hotel for over 10 years now, and I never have a single complain. All the rooms are nice and clean. And the staff always really pleasant. Thanks very much for everyone putting effort over there and hopefully see you again really soon.
They say they offer breakfast that a lie, my breakfast was like for a homeless, 1 paper bag with 1 apple 1 water bottle, 1 mini grape juice and 1 muffin not for a hotel that cost me 300 per night.
