The location near the office I am using for business. Close to many restaurants. Got the suite I have requested. There is definitely a change, since I have last stayed there, and I think it is due to the new management.

This hotel is perfectly located for a visit to Sesame Place - you can just walk over and be there in 3-5 minutes. There is plenty of parking spaces and rooms are roomy enough. This was our second visit and we booked a similar room to last time, given our previous positive experience.

Cost less than surrounding hotels
Head of housekeeping went the extra mile to help me-carried my grandbaby's pack n play down 3 floors all the way to my car.
Was concerned with this "cheaper" hotel reputation that there would be more trouble during New Year's Eve stay, but there wasn't a lot of ruckus.

Nice town. I was visiting for a family wedding and throughout the weekend my time was scheduled. Had I had more free time I would have enjoyed browsing and walking the streets of the small town. It looked quaint and very inviting.

Newtowne can be seen in one afternoon but is well worth spending time in for its independent shops and restaurants along State Street. We loved the popular Harvest Grill in The Village at Newtowne for dinner. Down the Bypass 3-4 exits is the must-see Shady Brook Farm for locally made gourmet items. Accessing the highway to go home is easy from Homewood Suites.

quaint and rich in history.
quaint and rich in history. Not only the Inn itself, but the town.
This was our second time there. WE will return when we have more time to do a walking tour of the town.
The Temperance House is the only place we would stay in Newtown.
Just because its the best. The owner is awesome and was very accommodating is giving us a tour and historical information of the place. She was also very nice and stayed around all evening, as we hung out in the tavern area, making sure we all had whatever we needed.

We had an errand to do in the area and arrived the day before. the area is beautiful, rural and has plenty of shopping, great Amish market . We stumbled on a pricey but well worth it restaurant in the area. Rocco's at the Brick. Everything was superb, including the valet parking. meal was elegant, wait-staff sensitive , knowledgeable and attentive without hovering. We have recommended it to our friends and definitely would visit again if in the area.
