The front desk immediately made us feel welcome upon check-in. My bf and I came as a last minute New Years idea (we are local and didn't want to go into the city), and as we checked in, we were provided a complimentary upgrade on our room, which was very kind and not expected. We also got room service since the bar was super busy, and the food came quick and tasted incredible!

I think once the construction is complete it would be easy to describe it as an excellent place to stay. The room we were in was done and was very pleasant for comfort and aesthetics. We had to spend some time in the room and found tv channel selections were limited. covid restrictions were handled well and we enjoy best western and stayed at one in va on our way home.
