The breakfast was OK but there was confusion with my Booking.com reservation that included prepaid breakfast - for some reason the restaurant refused to give me a full Starbucks coffee and would only give me a small number of items from the menu even though I had prepaid $20 per day for breakfast. They were happy to make one item (breakfast roll) that costs $11 but would not prepare a different item (french toast) that costs the same. And I had to go to front desk twice to make sure my credits were visible to the restaurant staff. It would be nice if this process were smoother.

An over flowed toilet and no maintanance person showed to fix issue. Instead wet luggage and shoes that were quite a distance from the bathroom. So much of the carpet on the room was soaked. They have no regard or respect for their clients belongings or comfort. Even after our room was changed. The issues just added up to show the hotels neglect of their facility. So disappointed in the red roof brand. Definitely not top quality as their ads state

Cigarettes burns in bed cover in a non smoking room. No luggage rack. Bureau drawers stuck. I could and will keep adding to the long list of disappointments

I did not recieve sheets.. Carpets were dirty. Alarm went off and i was forced on crutches to get down stairs falling while the place was crowded wirh homeless people fighting. Phone didn't work. I cleaned room daily. Garbage wasnt taken out . it was a nightmare.. Traumatizing
Nothing . This was an outhouse not a hotel. The room had a disgusting scent upon entering. This hotel is used for homeless people and immigrants. Several dogs were around without nozzles .
