Very pleasant staff on the phone. Location is very close to airport (for arrival late at night). Easy check-in system in the middle of the night. Very clean room. This is an older building and also not a luxury hotel, as expected, and it met our expectations for one night in Lihue, as we did not want to drive a long distance after landing late at night.
