We were in room 811 and the view was amazing. The time we didn’t spend on the beach we spend on the balcony. The rooms are nice, it wasn’t modern but honestly you are there because you want to spend time on the beach and not your room. Everything was clean, the pool was cleaned every morning, even in December. Breakfast was more than enough and everyone was super friendly and helpful - we will be back for sure

We got upgraded to a room with an amazing ocean view, we woke up early just to watch the sunrise. The room was clean, as well as the bathroom and bathtub. We enjoyed everything. Great location.Close to everything. Close to grocery stores, putt-putt golf. restaurants' etc....we ate at the restaurant in the property.Great food and cocktails. Had a wonderful kitchen we cooked alot. Getting around is easy..Enjoyed The Carolina Opry, Broadway at the Beach great for shopping.
Broadway at the Beach has fun amusement rides. Wonderful boardwalk .The Bowery where Alabama was discovered.

I wasn’t pleased with the response of the Spa located within the Hotel. When asked about an appointment? The young lady seemed very surprised and acted as if we were aliens. We were Black in color but, she went on to say” that they were book for several days.
I noticed the entire time spent there they were closed. Just saying we still deal with this color challenge after all of these years.
I was considering looking into buying an apartment there.

I went during the off season (early December). There were not a crowd of people either on the streets, the beach, or the shops. I enjoyed Ripley's Aquarium, Broadway at the beach and The Crazy Mason. A very relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Went "off-season" so many restaurants were closed and some activities were shut down, but the low crowds and no traffic were a nice change from the busy summer season. So many great restaurants and golf courses to choose from make Myrtle Beach a great vacation destination.

We liked that when the manager was presented with our issues, he immediately offered a solution.we were offered an oceanfront room over the ocean view room we had booked. We took the solution and stayed at the hotel.
I enjoyed my oceanfront view, and amenities provided at the hotel. The beach was fun , relaxing very calming, to wake up to the sounds of the ocean and the view of the ocean from my room was even more spectacular .
I loved this hotel! The staff were very nice at friendly during checkout, the room was amazing with a great view on the beach! I loved it. The room was clean, and it was all nice!
