I purchased 2 rooms and my friends room flooded because they had installed the bowed shower curtain rod on backwards. When he told front desk, the person said " Maybe you should not have showered ". Then my room had a floor by kitchen and bathroom that was giving way. And it was ugly mess right there. The bad attitude on just one of the front desk people was insulting. She had green hair and blond I found experience well below what I thought I had paid for. And they said " Newly renovated" and the work was awfully done!

Great deal! Loved the amenities in room.

Great deal! Loved the amenities in room. Especially the kitchen area. Front desk staff was very friendly. I loved the location too. Very nice quiet area close to Seattle and the cities to the north. Easy access to the interstate and a ton of options for dining close by.

The location was convenient for access to Lynnwood, WA and Seattle WA. It was also near food, coffee and grocery. Full size fridge was nice to have. Disliked · The room was clearly not clean, floors were gross, had not been mopped or fully cleaned in some time. Looked to just been spot cleaned when they deemed it was needed. The bathroom sink and tub also... not clean. The room smelled, The AC was not working well. The first night was a sweaty night. The 2nd night was freezing. The AC was very gross and direly in need of a deep clean. It had gunk and I guess you would call it litter in it. The range only worked when you had the fan on yet there was no direction stating so. Also you are required to empty and remove all of your trash before checking out. The "hotel" itself feels more like a motel. It seemed to be a mix of people like my family just there for a few day stay mixed with people who live there. There definitely were unsavory characters that put me on edge. Drug use was for sure happening. But the worst part of our stay was the fact that the door does not latch until you darn near yank it off the hinges. How did we learn that might you ask? We came back to an ajar door after being gone for 10 hours. It appears to be shut yet pops back open slowly. Great, right. Not so much.
