I booked king suite they gave me queen cheapest room , when I ask you why you give me the cheapest room and queen they told me we don't have other rooms. I told him then why booking shows like you have more than 10 suites they answer me we don't know and i give theme key and when to other hotel , , and i am waiting for a refound
