The front desk person at check in was welcoming and professional (I saw him just once). The facilities are excellent and at a very convenient location. It was easy to get from and to O’Hare Airport.
Breakfast was included and it was good. The kitchen staff kept the area clean and everything, such as plates and cups were always available. I saw some hard working women in that area 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼🙂.

Really enjoyed my stay. Spacous room, modern Walk in shower. Very comfortable bed with proper duvet and comfy pillows. Bottled water and a tea and coffee maker are in the room. Wifi is strong in the room and was free.

Des Plaines. We went Downtown a couple of days by train. Walked all around Chicago & taking
train plus bus connection. She knows Chicago well. Living her whole life there. Nice trip.
