I requested for an omlet and it was brought to me nice and hot. I offered to pay for my food before getting it and i was told before paying you 1st enjoy eating. The staff was very nice they went out of their way to make me feel welcomed and comfortable. The restaurant manager kept me laughing.

This place was very nice. Easy to book and smooth check-in. The smell when I first walked into the place was very pleasant. the staff were very friendly. the room was clean, spacious, and lovely. the AC and heating work well. The bed was very comfortable. The layout of the room was nice, I felt like I was in a small apartment. The food and drink at the bar were good and the prices were good as well. The free breakfast was more than I expected and tasted very good. I also found this place central to all the locations I needed to attend. My Husband and I loved it.

Haven't been there for two years room was so filthy.
Went to Holiday Inn Express. The were booked.
On internet it said your were newly renovated. So I tried

Breakfast was excellent. Zena and Pierre were amazingly pleasant to deal with, they make each and every single guest feel welcome and their smiles, positive attitude and hospitality were above and beyond. Brian too went out of his way to get me extra pillows. This will be my hotel of choice when visiting again!!! If I could give them 10 stars I would.

The room was ok for a three night stay.
The room was ok for a three night stay. We were close to Philadelphia without paying the higher prices. The hotel was easy on/off to the New Jersey Turnpike. There is a Starbucks in the parking lot. The hotel only offers "snacks" for breakfast. I would recommend this hotel for a few night's stay.

The hotel was passable. The outside looks very welcoming. However, the hotel overall had a dated feel to it inside. I feel there are small "attention to detail" issue that could be fixed/repaired that would vastly improve the "first impression".
