We had a room downgrade due to non availability of Junior suite on our arrival. We were given a lower rate for a King bedroom and free breakfast by the receptionist. Next morning, they did not have the record of free breakfast promise and kept pestering us.
I have stayed at this hotel a few times and always satisfied, I request a specific room and they honor my request, have never had an issue with this hotel
