Loved the lake view in every window of the house. Rooms were up to date and clean. Beds were super comfortable. The paddle boat was an amazing experience on the lake. The TV had it's own firestick. Loved that there were card games and uno. The property has 2 grills and so glad it had the gas all ready and also had an option for charcoal if u wanted to grill that way as well.
Loved the fire pit and that we had all we needed to make a fire. It was quiet, relaxing and very beautiful. The manager was so very kind, accommodating and welcoming.
This Monticello, Indiana, resort is 1 mile from Indiana Beach and Indiana Beach Amusement Park. Guests of the Pine View Resort will enjoy a continental breakfast and an outdoor pool with a hot tub.

It is a cute little apartment that was perfect for myself and my granddaughters. Unfortunately, we were there just to visit some friends and only stayed one night. Would love to come back and take the kids to the amusement park that was right outside our front door.
Located off Route 24, this economy motel is 10 minutes’ drive from the Indiana Beach Amusement Resort. It features a seasonal outdoor pool and rooms with cable TV.

The location was good for our purposes. The front desk person was very nice and helpful.
The location is great. It's not in the middle of the town but everything you need is within a 5 min drive. The staff are very nice and welcoming. My favorite part of this place is the beds and pillows. Everyone prefers something different while sleeping but for me, their beds always allow me to sleep like a baby. Check in is easy and the rooms are clean and never smell bad. I appreciate this lil gem!

I loved the location where we stay. Close to Amusement Park but not too close. About 2 blocks.
We had a great time and especially perfect for a mother and daughters’ trip.
Our unit sleeps 5 comfortably but probably not 6. We had a 2-bedroom unit with a sleeper couch

It's very difficult to find a decent inn but this one certainly served our purposes. Room, bath and bedding was very clean although the room itself smelled a little musty. Check-in was a breeze. Recption was very friendly and helpful.

The staff was great and also the room,but what I didn't like...
The staff was great and also the room,but what I didn't like was the kids pool was nasty with a dirty ring in the pool which can hold only 3 children comfortably. They also had an hot tub which was also so small located in the food area with the vending machines that was off limits due to water problems. Hay I only stayed to enjoy Indiana beach so the pools didn't bother me as much.

What I like about my stay at Pive Viwe Resort/Pine Viwe...
What I like about my stay at Pive Viwe Resort/Pine Viwe Lodge was the location. The room I booked I did not get I booked a room with 2 king beds and the room looked very clean and had carpeton the floor. The room I got smelled musty no carpet and there was only 2 full beds for 6 people to sleep in, I was told I could get a roll away bed but would have to pay $20 to use it. Me and my children did not stay in Pine Vive Resort we was given a room in a another building all the way in the back called Pine Viwe Lodge a ran down building. There was no nights outside so you could see a true waste of money.

I will never stay at this facility again.
I will never stay at this facility again. Everything was terrible. The room was old and needs upgraded. I was supposed to get a King room but was given a room with 2 full size beds. Paid way too much for the type of room I was given. Monticello is nice place to go with the lake and Indiana beach but Pineview Resort needs a lot of work and better customer service.

While this hotel is a little dated, it is EXTREMELY clean and upkept. The beds and pillows are so comfortable, and I always sleep like a baby when here. The staff are super nice and the adorable doggie in the office is always a nice treat after traveling. The outdoor pool is an added bonus. I like the small unfranchised feel of the Monticello Inn. If you want big and fancy, then this isn't the place for you. I, on the other hand am happy to support a small business whenever I can.
Easy walk to Indiana Beach, Great pool, and freshly updated rooms. Decor is beautiful, beds and linens are outstanding, and room amenities are great. Loved that our room was at the edge of the property overlooking the lake. Very quiet with a great view. Looking forward to staying here again!
