Hotel staff were rude and nosey seen them with their ears to people's doors ease dropping and telling some people they were going to call the cops for some reason, the next morning they were outside our door listening and heard me and my wife who has severe PTSD being slightly loud cause she was having ann episode and they seen everything was fine and still told the police they thought I was beating her or vice versa and had an army of officers waste their time investigating something that was clear to them never happened. I felt disrespected in the worst way not so much as an apology.

We got there checked in and went to our room.
We got there checked in and went to our room. We relaxed a little bit D and then got our swim stuff on and went to the pool. The pool was closed there is no water in it. There is no mention of that one any of the booking sites or on the Back to door even the signs hanging up have the pool hours and no mention of being closed. We go back to our room and try to watch TV. The remote doesn't work at all. While trying to sleep there is so much noise all around. It's very Hotel Top FAC close to the highway and sketchy people roaming halls all hours of the night. The ceiling above the tub leaked all night it's obvious that it didn't just start leaking. when we went to leave every door How do is blocked by bugs huge piles all hotel res over the place and on walls. Everything possible were covered in the bugs. But piles of dead ones are everywhere

Super clean, new, well appointed room... although a bit small. Price is high for the area, the hotel does allow pets, but then also charged an additional pet fee. Will stay there again if traveling to the area with our two small well behaved dogs, but if alone will stay elsewhere for the value.

Was supposed too be a jacuzzi room.
Was supposed too be a jacuzzi room.
The management said it was on Booking.com not them.
They had no jacuzzi rooms available.
Gave us a room that had not been cleaned.
Was told no deposit on credit card I have a $50 charge I suppose is for that.
It was a horrid experience. Never again
when I came to this hotel I payed in booking whole price, but when I came to reception, they said that there is no any payment from booking! they said that they will send me back my pain ent when will come payment from booking, but two of this payment where payed and no one comes back.
Liked that the hotel is pet friendly. Breakfast wasn’t very good. No juice, machine didn’t work. no variety of choices, but we did make waffles. No butter, but syrup was available. Syrup brand had no flavour. It was liquid bland mess like corn syrup. We used small jam packets instead.
