The hotel feels fresh and new. Breakfast quite good for us standard.
The price is steep but hotels in the area are costly and this is cheaper than downtown.
The connection to Boston is excellent with the tram stopping within a 5 min walk.
Dont like paying for a parking spot but it was communicated upfront so no nasty surprise
