We had a comfortable stay. Room was big, nice interior, all clean, clean coffee maker in room, all amenities available. Breakfast was ok, choice was not too big, but there was toast, pastry, cereals and hot scrambled eggs and sausages. Breakfast room / lobby was very nice and clean, lovely decoration - and there was coffee and juice available 24/7.

I checked in around 11 p.m. on September 11th, and I asked the front desk attendant if we could have a later check-out time. He told us that we could check out at 12 p.m. the next day. However, around 11 am the next morning, the staff came to knock on my door to let
us check out, and I told her that we had already checked in yesterday and had arranged for a later check out. But she said we couldn't have a later check out because there was no note saying we could. I told her that we needed some time to pack up and check out. Another ten minutes or so passed before the front desk called to remind us to check out, and warned that we would be charged extra if we didn't. I again told her that we had requested a later check-out the night before. She continued to insist that we leave immediately, saying that the note did not mention a later check-out. I found the staff to be very unfriendly, and I wondered if these employees had been properly trained before taking their jobs. I had already informed the receptionist when we checked in that we wanted to check out later the next day and the person who greeted us that evening had agreed, perhaps he just forgot to put it on the note, but the morning experience left me feeling very uncomfortable.
