    Well, how do I start?

Well, how do I start? PLEASE CHANGED THE PHOTOS OF THE ROOMS ARE DIRTY AND DISGUSTING. THEY NEED TO UPDATE THE ACTUAL ROOM PHOTOS SO THAT PEOPLE KNOW HOW THIS PLACE REALLY IS. HONESTY GOES A LONG WAY.. First of all, I booked a room with one bed and was given a room with two beds. I told the staff that I only wanted a room with one bed, but they refused to change my room and said that the room with two beds was complementary because it had a microwave and a fridge. I guess I should say thank you! I was also told that the TV in the room wasn't working. I walked into the room, and it smelled terrible. The carpet was extremely dirty. The bed was very hard and reeked of sweat smell. Not only that, but the bathroom fan had fallen off, and the door would not close. The shower handle had also fallen off. The wall to which the shower curtain bar was attached had holes on both sides. The computer chair was ripped and scratched everywhere.I took photos and showed them to the front desk, and I was told that he would report it. I asked him to change my room, but he said they were all booked, even though the parking lot was empty, and he refused to change the room. I contacted Booking.com right away and told them I wanted a refund and to check out immediately. I was charged for one night because I had been in the room for less than an hour. This was my first time using Booking.com, and there is no way I will use it again or stay at this place again. I know it's an inexpensive place, and I don't really care about comfort. I travel light. However, cleanliness is the only thing I ask for. So, please don't go and stay there.

It was the worst hotel super 8 i have ever stayed at.

It was the worst hotel super 8 i have ever stayed at. From the host to the day managers to the cleanliness of the place. We checked in and the toilet was clogged up. The AC went off in the middle of the night when we reported it we were told we should understand these are ild AC units. So it should be normal to go off as it pleases. We had to go to the lobby to use the microwave and 2 days later it broke down and we were told owners not going to replace it. Coffee makers were last cleaned probably months ago.

Booking.com has for the last three years according to the manager, has indicated there is a breakfast available. It is not available due to COVID. The staff has told booking.com but booking.com has dropped the ball for the past three years. There is a Denny's and two gas stations within walking distance but booking.com did not mention that, the staff did.

To dangerous of an area to stay.

To dangerous of an area to stay. The hotel was next to a transit station. The checkin was long ( at least a 1/2 hour to 1 hour). As we were leaving there was a young male hiding behind the garbage facilities. If you are going to stay here, DO NOT GO anywhere by yourself. WE felt very unsafe!!!

When I arrived, the owner just force us to upgrade our room with the excuse that king bed room unavailable. I booked it two weeks ago. The toilet is blocked, the owner gave me the pump, but it doesn't work. So the owner just sent someone to fix several hours later, without cleaning the toilet after unclogging. There is no hanger in the room, and no hanger in the whole hotel. I came here for ski, so I have to put clothes on the chairs. Breakfast only has limited choices, but it's ok considering the price.

Facility was very clean, looked like everything was pretty new. They were still under some construction but that is to be expected. Staff was very friendly. The only thing I was disappointed in was it said continental breakfast but it was a paper bag with a muffin, apple and breakfast bar. I stayed at another hotel the week before and they cost more and you were charged for parking and no breakfast at all. Hotels are charging more and offering less. I wanted a true breakfast.

I loved the location, you have so many different shops around. It has a lot of potential to being a very nice hotel, as stated earlier the location is by many different restaurants, grocery stores, and clothing stores, along with some fast food places. I also enjoyed the view outside of the hotel. The view of the mountains are stunning, unfortunately though they are blocked by McDonald's.
