Very clean and comfortable. Location downtown is very nice. Parking very good . Staff pleasant and friendly. 1st floor fairly quiet midweek. Good coffee in the morning. We were able to check in an hour early after calling them ahead of time. Big showers, mirrors didn't fog.

Midland is absolutely beautiful!!! The staff at the hotel were super friendly. The locals....well hit or miss. I did not see many black people in the area. I hope that wasn't the reason. Several times we spoke to people in passing with no response.
Breakfast was not included, I don’t think I’ve ever stayed at a hotel where breakfast was not included. Also, the kids in the room next to us, and above us were yelling and screaming and running and jumping till after 10 PM and we needed to wake up at 4 AM, where were these kids parents? Unfortunately, we were not able to sleep well.
Kenisha was very friendly and super helpful. One of the nicest hotel employees I have ever come across. Great facilities and comfortable room. The check out hours are noon and that’s awesome! The extra hour really makes a difference. Will be back again!
