My husband and I arrived late and had been traveling all day. We did a precheck in online to avoid delays in checking in. The manager was not available until sought.
My husband is disabled and fell on the floor trying to find elevator. He injured his head and arm when he fell. His eye glasses flew off on impact to concrete floor.
The manager asked us to vacate the property instantly. She expressed no concern about my husband's well being at all. We will never frequent LaQuinta again which is unfortunate for you. We always chose LaQuinta when we travel, which was often.... never again!
