It was nice to have an indoor pool and exercise facilities.

Don't believe its a Hilton. This place is a hot mess. Too much wrong to spend 20 minutes typing it all out. Overcharged double, dirty & not clean, cleck lied to us 2x. No pool is ever open, its dark green, closed & it was 94° out. Kids screaming till 2am, bed had a huge sink hole that was probably the worst Ive ever seen. I would never pay to stay there if I had known. Tooooooo much wrong & noone cares they pass the buck. Never again.

Had to cancel due to COVID but instead of refunding us we were charged for days before our stay. Honestly, apparently doing the right thing cost us 1/2 of our stay due to greed on the part of the hotel. No one would respond to my request to cancel.
DO NOT STAY at this place or don't get sick! We did the right thing so that no one else would get this horrible virus but the greed of this hotel doesn't understand what it means to "do the right thing". Lesson learned on our part.

Nice clean area with lots of restaurants (great food & service), stores, & movie theaters. We ate at BJ’s (twice, wonderful tavern-cut pizza the second time), & Chuy’s. The hotel was in the Austin Center. The hotel gave us a list of all the restaurants in the area including those within the center & those that delivered. Kroger store is in the center too. Everything was within walking distance.

This place was an unexpected surprise. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. When I checked in the reservation employee was very nice. I hope we are in the area again. We will definitely rebook.

The Mexican restaurant nearby was fabulous. One person in our party found a place around the corner for karaoke. It wasn't the greatest place, but she did what she wanted to do so hey, works for me. Super movie theatre nearby and everyone in our party enjoyed the chicken from a place called Frickers (spelling ?) nearby.
