Breakfast is tasty - be mindful of tipping. They usually add 20% on your bill automatically. Always ask if they did or didn't. I'm not sure what the policy is around this, but from my experience, they add it to everything, even if you ordered just coffee. You get "free" water bottles! There's a DJ on Saturdays, and the music is so good, anyone can dance to it. :)

I liked the online representation of the property. The pictures were inviting and swayed me to book at Dinah’s and not my normal chain.

The area that we lived in - Haven Avenue is a new area with new buildings in an old industrial building area next to a trailer park and opposite the Porsche showroom for the area. It is great for its space, but not so great without transport (You can uber/lyft, but it can be expensive)
There are no eating joints around but postmates, doordash and uber eats deliver. Although I think that the choice was limited given the location
A fabulous hotel near Menlo Park. An unassuming entrance off El Camino leads into an oasis of comfort and top-notch service. The rooms have been beautifully updated - ours had a lovely private, outdoor patio. The pool, gym and grounds are immaculate. Breakfast (included) is outstanding. And the small touches, like a readily-available coffee machine, ice water and chocolate bowl in the lobby, and free laundry take it over the top. Do yourself a favour - look no further if you’re looking to stay in an extraordinary boutique hotel in this area.
