Friendliness of staff and how helpful they were. On check in, we were told upfront of the renovations being done and the daytime noise that would be heard. They didn't hide that fact which was greatly appreciated. Everything was clean and housekeeping was brilliant.

Excellent B&B located in Melbourne Beach FL. Wonderful staff, happy hours with wine/nibbles and the breakfasts were to die for!! I recommend it highly and would certainly go back.
