Had trouble with clerk on check in.I made reservation on line and prepaid.He was telling me on line has nothing to do with him.Asked him to verify my reservation on my phone .He says I needed to cancel and do it over.I explained it was already paid & that I just need to find the confirmation code in my phone.He proceeded to tell me they would be sold out ,then says there's a fire in Placerville so the rooms will be 140.00 not the 91.00 I was booked in on line.I was getting upset with him because I already paid for Saturday nite & wanted to add on Sunday nite. I felt as though I was losing my reservation for Saturday nite and he made me fill like I wasn't gonna get to add another day for Sunday nite.I asked him 3 times to please help to confirm this .He says you need to call them.I said why .....it shows the phone number here if I need help with this Whats the deal. ??? Then he finally helps me,but continues to tell people behind me about the fire in Placerville.Like they are going to be sold out any minute. ( This should be below) Then he tells me to come back and sign up for Sunday nite in the morning.
